Can I use one license for multiple webstores?
Yes inkXE provides the option for having 3 webstores in its standard plan and 5 webstores in its enterprise edition. All the features are intact with both the packages. And if you desire to have more than 5 webstores then you can definitely contact us for a quote.

What methods of payment can I use to purchase the

What’s included in the free installation?
We install in 2 domains for the Enterprise plan and 1 domain for the Standard plan in the free installation process. For additional installations, $250 is charged extra per domain. However, it requires no cost if you do it from your end.

What is not included in free support?
Specific custom development work related to modifying and adding new features to the application. Changing, modifying or enhancing the commerce storefront, plugins and themes. These will fall under paid technical assistance, which you can avail at a reasonable cost (varies from $40 to $60 per hour). * The cost of the customization varies depending on the nature of modification, complexity, and man hours.
How inkXE updates are managed?
If your present version is compatible to the upgrading version, this
can be done
free. But, if it's not compatible, we have to manually upgrade. If major
implemented in your version, upgrade will be manual. Since manual upgrades are time and
consuming, these are billable.
Will I be able to upgrade my standard to enterprise edition?
Yes you can upgrade your standard edition to enterprise edition by
differential amount of $1500+ An upgradation cost of $1000.
