- YES – There is a 30 days refund policy. Refunds will be processed after deducting appropriate cancellation fees. These refunds are initiated after 30 days of security period and takes between 1 day to 15 days depending upon the mode of refund..
- Refunds can only be claimed within 30 days from the day of purchase.
- After 30 days of purchase, no refund request will be accepted.
- If inkXE team has done any code changes for any specific requirements, the cost of the code customizations are not refundable.
